Just wanted to offer a quick update on what I'm doing these days...which is mostly just counting down the weeks until The Rock and the River becomes available on January 6!

In the meantime, I'd like to announce another piece of writing-related news. I am now a regular contributor to CHICKS ROCK! a blog of The Women's Mosaic. The blog (and the organization) is dedicated to creating a space for diverse women to connect with one another, explore ideas and share their passions. Our goal is to foster interpersonal, intercultural, interracial and interfaith dialogue that will help us to grow as individuals and as a community of dynamic women seeking to make a positive impact on this world.
